Standard Products
All regular in-stock products will be shipped within 3 business days after payment confirmation.
After shipment, the estimated delivery time is about 10 business days.
Handmade Finished Products
Our handmade finished items are carefully crafted by hand.
Please allow approximately 6 business days for production and shipment after your order is placed.

- Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
- Delivery time is an estimated timeframe and may be slightly delayed due to international logistics, customs clearance, weather conditions or peak shipping seasons.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping carriers or customs procedures.
- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.
