- Handmade finished items: All our handmade products are individually crafted. Minor variations in color, size and detail are inherent to handcrafted goods and do not qualify as defects. Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from product photos.
- DIY semi-finished kits: Our DIY kits require self-assembly by the buyer. It is the buyer’s responsibility to follow instructions carefully and operate safely. We are not liable for improper assembly or injuries caused by misuse of kit components.
- Color accuracy: We make every effort to display product colors accurately. However, color appearance may vary due to individual monitor settings, and we cannot guarantee exact color matching.
 
3. Shipping, Delivery & Customs
 
- All processing and delivery timeframes stated in our Shipping Policy are estimates only, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delays may occur due to logistics issues, customs clearance, weather or peak seasons, for which we cannot be held liable.
- For international orders, buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, customs fees, taxes or brokerage charges imposed by the destination country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
